What’s Included:

A detailed analysis of both your website and your competitors’, including a Web Site Assessment and Search Assessment (click the links for more detail).  Market Intelligence will tell you the “best in class” for web marketing in your industry, and where you fit in.  We require all our clients to start with Market Intelligence.

Initial Cost: Free

Market Intelligence is always free. It’s a great way for us to showcase what we can do for you “on our dime.”

Ongoing Cost: Free

Things will change over time, such as new competitors entering the market, or industry terminology being updated.  For existing customers, we’ll review Market Intelligence on a quarterly basis, at no cost to you.

Web Site Package

What’s Included:

Build and maintain an effective, sales-focused Web Site, centered on the 3 C’s of online marketing: Contact, Communicate, Convert:

• Start with your existing web site content and other marketing materials
• Rearrange for site usability, SEO concepts
• “Build Sales In” to your web site with included forms, downloads
• Plan for future integration with Email Marketing and/or Paid Search Advertising
• Move to our hosting environment (provided through GoDaddy) to enable use of automated tools
• Enable simple client updates by using Content Management System
• Monthly Backups
• Version Control – multiple previous versions of pages are only 2 clicks away
• Configuration of site for Google Analytics with ongoing analytics reporting

Initial Cost:  $2,000

Ongoing Cost: $100/month

Assumptions:

• Content provided by customer
• Web Site up to 30 pages
• Additional charge for eCommerce site ($50/month for up to 100 products in store)

Paid Search Advertising Package

What’s Included:

Build and manage a Paid Search Advertising campaign tailored to your optimum search terms, to drive customers to your web site:

• Research effective search phrases
• Write attention-grabbing ads
• Build Landing Pages
• Optimize campaigns over time
  • Which search phrases or ads work best over time?
  • At what cost?
  • Test variations to lower costs per lead

Initial Cost: $1,500

Ongoing Cost: $500/month

Please note:  To be effective and cost efficient, Paid Search Advertising requires continuous monitoring, testing and adjusting.  Done well, it can make your business.  Done poorly, it’s expensive, ineffective, and not worth the effort.  We will run continuous tests of different Search Phrases, Ads and Landing Pages to maximize your ROI over time.

Assumptions:

• Up to 100 search phrases
• Up to 10 simultaneous ad variations
• Up to 5 Landing Pages
• Weekly testing and campaign adjustments to improve ROI

Email Marketing Package

What’s Included:

Build and manage an Email Marketing campaign to nurture 2-way communication with prospects and customers:

• Review existing email marketing campaigns, or set up structure for new email marketing campaign, PLUS:
• Ensure your website feeds Email Marketing
• Engage in 2-way communication
• Focus on what the customer cares about, their search terms
• Segment communications by the prospect’s interests
• Spread communication out over time, with effective frequency, and with enough perceived value
• Feed the web site with email communications content
• Offer prospects incentives to convert regularly
• Use nurture or “drip” campaigns to maintain interest
• Configure email campaigns for full automation – “set it and forget it”

Initial Cost: $1,000

Ongoing Cost: $100/month

Assumptions:

• 2 campaigns of approximately 7 – 12 emails each
• Based on your existing content (if you don’t know how to turn your existing web site or marketing materials into email campaigns, don’t worry – we do!)

What’s Included:

If you are ready to commit to online marketing or selling, we are ready to commit to you.  Simply put, with the “Online Salesman” Package, BuildSalesIn becomes your online salesman.  We’ll be the cheapest salesman you’ve ever hired, and our services will work for you on the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This package includes all of our services, at a discount.  Note that’s not just a combination of the packages above, but everything we do, including non-package services like copywriting, link-building, and more.  We’ll apply the best services for your  web marketing to “Build Sales In”.  As appropriate, we’ll build a custom Web Site, integrate it with an Email Marketing Campaign, manage your Paid Search Advertising and/or even create appropriate Social Media pages.

Initial Cost: $0

Ongoing Cost: $2,000/month

Assumptions:

• 6 month minimum commitment
• We will need a main contact at your company to work with and answer questions.  Every salesman needs a boss!
